Want to make a return? No problem! If you don't absolutely love your purchase, send them back to us for a store credit. Please review our policies below and feel free to contact us at: email@example.com:
- Our return policy is for store credit only. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size you will be issued a store credit that you can use to purchase the new size. In order to ensure that we have your size in stock, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can reserve your size as soon as possible.
- Please email: email@example.com for your return to be approved.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items not eligible for return are: Accessories, jewelry, handbags, pouches, clutches, hats, discounted items marked down 30% or more, bodysuits (hygiene reasons) , doorbuster items, "pretty price items" and items marked "final sale". No exceptions.
- Once your return is approved, items must be returned within a 14-day time frame. Meaning, the item must be back in hand to us within 14 days of purchase including allotted shipping times.

- The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return the item. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns. If possible, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a tracking number so we know when to expect your return.
- Returns must include the Return Form that was included in your package along with a copy of your original receipt when returning.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 7 days for us to process your store credit to your account.
- Returns will be issued as a store credit on whichever platform the item was purchased. If purchased on our Shopify website, your store credit will be issued there.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that we have your size in stock. If we have your size then we can reserve it to you until we receive your return. Then simply return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your issued store credit.
We only issue store credit for returns at this time. Even though your item didn't work, we hope that the next time you shop you will be able to find something you'll love & feel good about!
